Industrial Hygienist

Serve as the principal staff advisor and resource for evaluating the effectiveness of controls in the abatement of health hazards. Identify potential health problems and symptoms, indicating possible occupational diseases resulting from the work environment. Conduct periodic surveys of working conditions to determine the nature and magnitude of hazardous exposures and the effectiveness of existing controls.
