Description
Administer the District's Loss Prevention Program in accordance with policies and objectives established in AR 385-10 and implementing Corps of Engineers Regulations.
Survey and inspect construction sites, areas, operations, facilities, and personnel to determine conformance to safety rules, standards, and regulations; notes hazards and undesirable operating conditions and recommends corrective action.
Assist in conducting promotional campaigns to stimulate interest in accident prevention.
Analyze accident statistical data for all areas of the district's accident prevention program; prepares reports of significant problems with corrective actions taken.
