1 am a construction safety professional who manages and supports site safety programs on large-scale data center projects, including a hyperscale site with a workforce over 10,000. I develop site safety plans, administer permit-to-work systems, conduct job hazard analyses and incident investigations, streamline orientation and onboarding, enforce high-risk work controls, and manage subcontractor safety and multi-project safety reporting. My experience includes subcontractor safety oversight, high-risk work management, incident investigations, and multi- project safety reporting to end users.
