  • Other Platform users: your public profile information (name, headline, certifications, city/state) is visible to other users as part of the marketplace. Private fields (phone, email, rates) are shared only according to your privacy settings.
  • Service providers: third-party vendors that help us operate the Platform, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting).
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with the Platform. GA4 collects anonymized usage data including pages viewed, session duration, and traffic sources. Google may use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.
